Glad I joined

Honestly, Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back

Mixed bag

ngl Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest. It's fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Cons

bureaucratic, slow promotions, on-call is rough
