Honestly, Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop. PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Honestly, Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. Honestly the most supportive team I've been on. Promised growth that just never materialized.
