Rough experience

Honestly, RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. High turnover tells you everything you need to know.

Pros

low-ego team

Cons

communication gaps across teams, siloed teams

Solid company, good people

Look, Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner. Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop.

Pros

no micromanagement

depends on your team

tbh Solid for a first job, less so if you're senior. Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner.

Pros

strong eng culture, stock that's actually worth something, generous parental leave

Cons

communication gaps across teams, burnout is common
