Rough experience

Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back. Promised growth that just never materialized.

Pros

generous parental leave

Lots of red flags

Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it

Pros

flexible hours, fully remote, no RTO games, PTO people actually use

Hit or miss

honestly, Process can be slow but you're rarely drowning in work. Some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw High turnover tells you everything you need to know.

Cons

weak onboarding, comp doesn't keep up with market

No real complaints

Overall, Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Pros

pay is solid, low-ego team
