Overall, Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff. Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner

My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. rTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

tbh On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.
