Best job I've had so far

ngl Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Pros

genuinely smart coworkers

Cons

high turnover, too many meetings, weak onboarding

Burned out fast

Overall, Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

Cons

comp doesn't keep up with market
