Honestly, Pay landed me well above what I was making before My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. they preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.
